Championed the implementation of accessory dwelling units to address housing needs and support sustainable development.
Introduced and implemented the city's first inclusionary zoning ordinance to increase affordable housing options for residents and promote equitable community growth.
Oversaw the creation of Indian Hill Park, providing a vital green space for recreation and community activities.
Led the revitalization of Tacoma Street Playground, creating a welcoming space for families and children.
Acquired significant funding for upgrades to Foley Stadium, improving facilities for local athletes and community events.
Successfully installed the Indian Lake alum dosing station to improve water quality and protect the environment.
